Non-compliance with health service programs is a condition of care delivery that fails to
achieve health promotion and agreed therapeutic plans. However, in practice there are several
things that influence the disobedience of the elderly towards the routine service program. Not only
that, the elderly also feel that if they are not sick, then there is no need to come to the elderly
Posyandu. The research method used is the case study method, in the form of data obtained from
the results of WOD (Interviews, Observations, and Documentation). The sample used was 2
respondents, the validity of the data was obtained from 2 sources, namely the client and the client's
family, which was carried out in Wonomulyo Village, Poncokusumo District. With the criteria of
2 elderly clients who experience Gout Arthritis with non-adherence nursing problems in health
care programs. From the results of the study, it was found that the diagnosis of gout arthritis was
related to non-compliance. The results obtained after carrying out nursing actions in behavioral
education are health efforts, namely the client can carry out the behavior as recommended and
the client understands about gout arthritis and how to manage it. From these results, it can be
concluded that the results of nursing actions during 4 visits made to client 1 and client 2, namely
experiencing changes in conditions according to the outcome criteria that complaints experienced
by clients are reduced by verbalization at increased compliance levels.
